Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made on this website for rooms, cottages, the function hall and event packages at Balai-Reserve, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro.

Booking and payment

Prices shown are the current resort rates in Philippine pesos. Rooms are priced per night; cottages, the function hall and event packages are a flat rate per booking.
A booking is saved as awaiting payment. It is held for you once you pay the 50% downpayment by GCash, Maya or bank transfer and upload your proof of payment, and our staff verify it.
The remaining balance is settled at the resort, before check-out.
Optional event add-ons you choose are added to your total and to the downpayment.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms: check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
Cottages and the function hall: the date and hours you booked.
You can check in yourself by scanning the QR code at the front desk, or with our staff.

Event packages

Each package is one price for the items it lists. If a package includes the function hall, the hall is reserved for your event date and time when you book. Rooms or cottages that come with a package are set aside for you by our staff.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.

You can request a refund from your booking page; our staff review every request.

Your account

Please give correct contact details so we can reach you about your booking, and keep your password private.
